Hate to burst your bubble, but how would that work? Aelita has her memories now, she has a father, she remembers her mother, even Mister Puck, but there's nothing about a little brother...
What if, though, one of the other Project Carthage scientists somehow got into the factory? That's a little more likely, though I think Aelita would have noticed that too...
