I also noticed that the armored truck guards had guns; something that's ALWAYS edited out of anime. Cartoons from the US NEVER have guns in them. I think that says something about who CL is really aimed at.
I like how there's conveniantly a Jérémie-sized radiation suit just lying around...

Franz Hopper vs Deja Vu
I just remembered something. Franzana said that he had created Lyoko as to counter some crazy government thing which explains why The Man was after him in Deja Vu. He also said X.A.N.A. infected Lyoko or whatever and Franz created Aelita to defend it. That would suggest that either Deja Vu was wrong and Aelita was never real until Jérémie materialized her OR that Franz knew about materialization long before J&co. What do you think?

Well how much truth is X.A.N.A. saying? It could be none at all. I doubt it's everything though.

Well, that's true, but he DID virtualize them directly in sector 5 and gave them massivly upgraded weapons. I believe Frazana.

I've always gone on the basic assumption that Ael has never been real until Jer materialized her. I know this contradicts all the stuff about Ael's cloudy memories of the Hermitage, etc., but I'm not ready to change my mind yet. And I am not ready to believe ANYthing FranZANA says about it.

I'm going to go with Aelita's memories on this one. She may not have been Franz's daughter or even born real, but I think she was real sometime before they found Lyoko.

But think about it! That means we'll get more, even if we have to wait a while for it.

But it seems to me that they have been going easy on Code Lyoko, with just a solid band across the bottom. Most important for me, they have desisted with the accompanying sounds. That drove me up the wall when I had to try to hear what the Lyokids were saying over the clunking and roaring of giant robots, etc. (Gosh, maybe I'm a philosopher too....)

A third option is that Aelita is an altered digital copy of a real girl.
She was altered to be a defender of Lyoko.
But, since Xana said Aelita was "created", I think my theory is looking unlikely.

Well, even if Aelita is a copy of a real girl, she'd still have to have been created, so that is a valid theory, McTrooper.

Back In season 2 I used to think that William might have been created by Xana But his Dad's appearnce in season 4 disproved that theory and it was a stupid idea

Watch the 2 last episodes in season 2 "revelation" and "the key" and you will get all the answers you want. But i can just as well spoil that Aelita is Franz Hoppers daugter and she and Franz was virtulised to Lyoko to get away from The Men In Black
