Season 4 / #78-Expérience (aka Laboratory Rat)

Here's a way to watch the episode with English subtitles.

First download the video here (provided by Pete).

Then go to this page, right-click on Code_Lyoko_78.srt and do Save as. This is the subtitle file.

Be sure that the two files are in the same directory and have the same name (only the extension is different). You can now use VLC to open the .avi; the subtitle file will be automatically loaded. Some other players may work too.

Final step: enjoy.

I don't know what to do to thank you, as I was beginning to think that I'd have to skip an episode. Thanks a lot, it worked perfectly! My only request would be that we could find a way to permentantly embed the text in the video, as I have been encoding all of the episodes so far onto DVDs.
Edit: I just have a few questions about the French/English translation:
1. Odd says 'flechette' when using his laser arrows, is it intended in French to be a flechette (that's what it looks like) or arrows?
2. You used the word 'damn' in translation, and I was just curious as to whether you added that, or there's some equivalent French expletive that they put into the show?

That's a good idea, but I would but I wouldn't know how to erase it.

What is your operating system ? On windows, go in the file explorer, then in the folder you've selected before to start the download > right click on the file > erase.

Dialup wall #001. Two days to down load at my access speed.

But I did get to watch the first and third of the three parts on Youtube.

Everone comments that Jeremy and odd used swear words. But I don't think that was originally in the dialogue but just what the sub-er added.

I can't see any reason they wouldn't show it here.

So it seems that the translation ended up on YouTube ;)

Well I'm a bit surprised here. I did put a couple of "damn", but I didn't think it was really a swear word. For me it was rather soft. Isn't it the case?

Forget the subbed version, why not put the dubbed version up, or at least links to it. I mean, sure, I already have the dubbed version, but I mean, it should still be posted for those who haven't seen it yet. Who's with me?
