AAARrrrrrgh! I've SO missed posting about the new episodes! So let's get to it!
Vertigo -
This was a good episode, even if the wolves were a bit unrealistic. That was cool, though, that X.A.N.A. could make holograms on Earth!
Cold War -
This episode reminded me of New York. I sometimes miss snow. I guess that's why I always go back east during the winter.
Ok, this episode was really good. But the ending was so excruciatingly frustrating! Yumi's trapped under the tree, freezing. Ulrich says "I need you" and a tear falls from his eye. Then they go back in time. Then... A stuipd, random joke that totally ruined everything. I was so pissed off, I wanted to scream! Probably the most touching and possibly mos important moment in all of Code Lyoko and then they just completely screw it up! They could have explored Ulrich and Yumi's relationship further, could have made a heartwarming scene between the two or even a scene where they just blush and be embarrassed. But no. Some random gets meatballs dumped on him and Ulrich's feelings are never mentioned again. RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! As Fujin from Final Fantasy VIII would say, "FRUSTRATED."
A Bad Turn -
Another great episode! William drops a bomb: He's not in first place in the race for Yumi's heart? Aww yeah! Ulrich! And more materialized monsters! I like how Ulrich was so cool about it. "Monsters, yeah I've got a few minutes." And by the way, the sword he used was the katana Yumi's dad had. It was good to see Ulrich and William put their differences aside to fight the monsters. And that car! Unless I'm mistaken, that was a Smart fortwo!
Clicky There are rumors that they may be imported to the US in 2007 or something. I would buy one just to have this silliest car ever. It would be so awesome.
Tony Hawk has nothing on Aelita. That was awesome! Although, I thought "Hmm, I could think of a better way to spend half my life points." Still good, though!
Deja Vu -
These episodes are so good! When Odd said he was talking to a girl online, I knew it had to be either Aelita or Sissi. Well, in retrospect, it wouldn't have been Aelita, because I don't think the writers would have Aelita cheating (if you can call it that) on Jérémie like that. But we all know Odd and Aelita will end up together anyway, so it's ok. Anyway, Sissi. I wonder what Odd will do with the info he picked up during their online tryst? It's no secret that I wish Sissi wouldn't be so stuck up. And yes, CS is correct - I could think of things worse than dating Sissi!
The Man! What does The Man want with Franz Hopper? Oh, I think I have an idea about that. The Man probably got wind of the Super Calculator and came to rough him up. He and Aelita escaped to the Super Calculator and Franz virtualized Aelita to save her, then kept The Man from finding the Super Calculator. In retaliation, The Man wrecked Franz's house and locked him up in a secret government prison that no one knows about, where he sits to this very day.
Tip Top Shape -
"I'm not scrawny, I'm svelt!" That's so good! Odd's not scrawny; Herve is scrawny. Jérémified? That was awesome that Jérémie could activate a tower and use its power! I like how it turned green. I thought it was a little corny how Odd was throwing fireballs and stuff, but still highly entertaining. Odd asking Jérémie to look after Kiwi was one of the three most dramatic moment in CL history. The other two when Aelita first found Mr. Puck ("Mr. Puck!") and when Ulrich was trying to get Yumi out from under the tree ("I need you.").
Wow, that was a lot of posting!
