you have to have a host site. from there it should give you a way to post it. Unfortunately all host sites are at least slightly different so I can't tell any spacifics

that's fine you can fix that easily by removing him from the poll or adding him to the story. you can fix the poll by scrolling down to options and selecting the poll tab then just delete his name from the list.
