They didn't write in Odd's power once. That was so disappointing.

As Bullwinkle would say, "That's mighty thoughty of you", (Neo, I assume) but one cannot get around the fact that dial-up is dial-up. As usual, I just sit there and watch endless (slow) data input, which would take hours to finish. But the thing I'm curious about is how is an .MPG file-type is involved in this. One more of those numerous things I don't understand.... Image

Neo Aguni a écrit:one more rant about that ep. In the scene where they show the vehicals you see 3 skateboards and one scooter. yet you see Jeremie grab the scooter the see Aelita riding it. Did I miss something or did they just forget to put another scooter in that one shot.

The number of boards are often incorrect. The addition of another scooter didn't help them get it right. It bothered me for a while, but now I've just come to accept that fact.

I guess but then again there are a lot of things I don't understand. Now we know that Jeremie was able to devirtualize Yumi, Ulrich, and Odd just as easily as virtualizing them. Now at the end of season 2 we learn that Aelita was a human virtualized into Lyoko by her dad Franz Hopper. Why did Jeremie need to write a materialization program why couldn't he simply devirtualize her.

C-S???

Now and then I take a few tidbits of the CL info that pops up here, over to ToonZone CL Fanclub thread. But this Mme.S talkback is so large and you went to so much trouble, I'll ask permission to repost it for any there who may be interested, and whether you'd prefer it just quoted or posted as an url link?

Changes in CN's CL for 2006, hein?
-
New time: 17h30 ET,
New quantity: just one per day,
Staying in order (that's really new),
and a routine showing on Friday, the 6th.
-
If they continue this way, they should hit 'Revelation' and 'The Key' on Wed and Thur, the 11th and 12th. (...and then what?) Image

I just realized how corrupt Kadic is! You want something? Just talk to Sissi. She'll sweet talk her dad and *poof* everything's cool.

You got your hope, hein? The venerable "Teddygodzilla" will hit CN on Friday-the-thirteenth, and the following week continues with "Suing is Bereaving" and "Holiday in the Image Frog"....

I missed yesterday, but I caught #47 today. Roobs wasn't joshing -- the anglais subtitles were there alrighty. And well done, too, following the script very closely. (It really bugs me when subtitles don't follow the spoken script more or less exactly. Very distracting! Image )

Gosh, would it be great if they were in French! But they are intended for the handicapped -- not amateur language students, comme moi (shucks).

Image O frabjous joy! Tomorrow (Wednesday) I will be able to complete my galactically-famous collection of CL broadcasts, by getting another shot at episode 51.
-
I missed the first two minutes of "Revelation"s premier broadcast, due to CN's goofy habit of sometimes starting programs a full three minutes before the (half) hour. (They did it again today, to their broadcast of "Contact".) This isn't just according to MY clock -- I use DirecTV's on-screen time labels, and those satellite jugglers ought to know what the heck time it is! Furthermore, DTV's time always coincides reasonably well with my "atomic" clock, which is supposedly accurate to within a few dozen millionths of a second. Foo on Image CN!

If I've got this correct (which would be nice for a change) the French kids have seen episodes 51 and 52 this week. So, they're happy Image -- and we don't have to worry about "spoilers" anymore.

Yes, season 2 lasted last Wednesday in France, and #52 The Key is really awesome. Now it's pretty sad to wait several months for season 3.

At least, I can now restart to post here, without worrying anymore about spoilers. Hello World! I'm back! w00t! :confettis:

Frankly, I have felt rather guilty about being ahead of the French kids all this time, considering that the series sort of "belongs" to them. I was glad when they started showing two eps per week. It is a relief to be able to talk about CL on equal terms now.
-
I sure hope S3 is more simultaneous (but I have a feeling it will be even worse, with the increasing interference of the ricain executives.) Image

Welcome back, SHB! What was your favorite episode from season 2?

It's pretty clear: #52 The Key is by far my favourite episode, followed closely by #51 Revelation. The others are all very good anyway. I guess it's the same point of view as everybody, isn't it? ;)

I love dark sides of things, and the end of season 2 was a bit unexpected with this Lyoko Keys story. Now, Aelita is free, but X.A.N.A. is free too.

I'm really looking forward for season 3.

CS> Don't feel guilty. After all, it's not your fault. Cartoon Networks is a full-time cartoon channel isn't it? France 3 clearly isn't, and Canal J won't start season 2 too soon...

Having one episode per week was pretty nice after all. Between 2 episodes, we had all the time to speak, comment, and make hypothesis. And now, we have less time to wait until season 3. :)

Well, I'll be a suck-egg dog! It never occurred to me that France3 was anything other than a full-time toon station. That DOES make a difference. Image
