I've always thought that, the first time, when Ulrich said no because he already had a date with Yumes, why didn't Millie then turn to Odd and ask him? Or, lacking that, surely Odd should have jumped in and offered to take her, just to ruin Sissi's day.

But Millie looks like a 5 year old. It would have worked out better for Ulrich and Yumi, but . .
Millie & Tamiya seem to be a bit stereotypical, still they do add something to the show. Especially when Odd had to save them in that Season 1 episode.
