I am on the Code Lyoko Wiki, and I am doing some research as to whether these translations fall under "Fair Use". Where do the transcripts under General > Episodes come from? Are they direct from the episodes or do they come from some other source, and what are the terms of that source?

The subtitles for episodes 96, 97, 98, 99 and 100 (for the last one, it was released after the subtitles of cl_xana and Olivier) comes from Clewilan's Tumblr .
After these episodes, Olivier has translated the following episodes. ^^

All the translations from episode #103 (Virus) were done by me (with the help of cl_xana for Virus).
