I've been wondering if anyone else can't get into the forum.it's been going on for two weeks and the only way to access it is from my other computer or using the cached copy of it from google.I don't have a problem with that it's just that it updates really slowly.does anyone know how to fix this?i think it might be because i'm logged in from two computers.

Hi! Two weeks ago, we moved the forum and the website on a new dedicated server. The IP address has changed, and we had for 2 days an issue with our DNS servers. But I'm surprised that you have still difficulties to reach codelyoko.net (the issue with our own DNS was solved two weeks ago).

I saw that you are on the Comcast network. I think that Comcast didn't updated properly its cache DNS records with our new IP address. If you are using microsoft windows, can you open a terminal (execute+"cmd") and type : and paste results here ?

You should obtain this IP address : 91.236.239.115 in the results. If not, try to use Google Public DNS or OpenDNS on your computer (instructions given on these links).

I figured out if you you go instead to http://www.forum.codelyoko.net to get here.and I don't use codelyoko.net to get here.It's weird because yumi2004.fr doesn't work but the other one does.

Sixthwarrior, you're not the only one who can't access yumi2004.fr . I tried it a couple of times already

the weird thing is, I can access here from yumi2004.fr on my other computer.

It can be explained: with the DNS system, entries (ie. IP addresses associated with a domain name) are stored in a local memory in your computer to increase speed (as your computer doesn't need to update it each time you connect). In theory, this local record should be frequently updated with our own DNS servers (typically each 2-3 days). But it seems that your other computer keeps its local records much more longer (it still have the old record, which works)...

In our side, I can confirm that yumi2004.fr is currently down: please use temporarly forum.codelyoko.net to reach the forum. yumi2004.fr should be transferred soon on our new server, I hope within one week. I will tell you when.
