Sorry, but that website doesn't have the 2.1.5 update either!I have no idea why I'm freaking out, it just came out at like 11:00 am.
Also, when playing the game, you can just type in "help" and it will bring up a window.Then you can click on the "How to play" button.Then (if in fullscreen) press escape and a window should pop up.It has all the commands.
