CL Season 2

Someone on the Official US Code Lyoko forums is claiming they've seen a leaked Season 2 clip / episode that was in French.
That person doesn't think that it is the NovaDesign video (that everyone has scene).

I don't believe it is true, but I want to ask any way:

Is there an episode that was leaked?

Season 1 will restart very soon on channel 3 (the same that will broadcast season 2 on September).

I thought so.

So this is probably just some one who is either confused about what he or she saw or they are making the whole thing up.

As before, the only source of info that I am paying attention to is Cartoon Network broadcasting. And, judging by the way they have been hammering away at Camp Lazlo promos for the past month, we should start seeing Lyoko promos, ad nauseum, in early August.

Just FYI: the first episode of season 2 will air in France on August 31, then a new episode every Wednesday.

Really? Where did that information come from? If so, then France will have season 2 a month before NA.

You're supposed to have it Mid-September (according to the official CL forum). And maybe you'll have more than one episode a week...

Say, I caught CL on CN today (#7, "Image Problem"). The good news is that it is now on in prime (kids') time, i.e., in the afternoon. (...And Nurse Yolande is still as breathtaking as ever.... :love7: )

I have no doubt of it. They showed a new episode in Season 1 every weekday, and I would expect the same for S-2.

Geez, I have been assuming that we were on a rigid schedule to finish up saison-1 reruns just exactly in time to start saison-2, but this is worrisome, eh?

I'm predicting that S-2 will first start in France, but that eventually the USA will pass them by showing five eps per week, as we did with S-1.

I saw an advertisement on CN for CL. I was on the phone though and had the TV muted, so I didn't catch what time it was on. However, I noticed that it had the Miguzi logo, so it's probably going to be then. But when? I don't know.

Ah, I found out. CN's site says that CL will be on Sundays at 4:30 still, but starting next monday, it'll be at 6:00 on Miguzi!

I have this on order from Alapage, but they have the whole order hung up waiting for a backorder on the one least-important book in the list, a kids' crossword-puzzle book which I will use to humiliate myself. (sigh)

So, I wonder what the "novel"s are like? More words and less pictures, obviously, but I'm curious about the general layout, targeted age-group, etc.. Anyone seen one?

My guess is that they're probably geared towards kids in their early double digits and without pictures. They're not out yet, though. Maybe once they're released, someone will write a review of them.

Well, let's see.... Yesterday, the beginning of weekday CL showings on CN, starting with Teddygodzilla. Twenty-five more Saison-1 episodes takes us through 26 September (unless they do something else on Labor Day, which would make it a day later). Therefore, ergo, QED, hence, and thus -- Saison-2 starts on 27 or 28 September? As Bugs Bunny would say: "mmmmmmm Could beeeeeee!" :star:

One of the commercials that Cartoon Network showed recently featured Aelita in the Factory elevator with the gang. So at the very least Aelita visits the real world in Season 2. Rumor has it that she will go to school with the gang, but I'm not sure.

It also featured Odd flying around on his Lyoko vehicle.

No, the clip starts some minutes before the one you already know with the phasmid-like monster (actually they call it a tarantula). We see the characters enjoying their new vehicles.

Thanks for your consideration, Clem. But I feel that, with really good entertainment, it doesn't hurt to know what is coming, so I am not trying to avoid "spoilers". It's fun to see the discussions and to know what great stuff is coming to us in a few weeks. :sophie:

Gosh, the only thing that is making me feel antsy while reading all the French-forum discussion about Seas.2 Ep.1 is Aelita's new hairdo. I mentioned here a long time ago that Aelita's sweet hairdo was the first thing that attracted me to CL. And now they have changed it!
