edit: That IS Kagetsu's avatar -- I've gotten into the habit of including the person's avatar that I am commenting on, because when they eventually change their avatar, my comments will no longer make sense to a later reader. (What's that? My comments never make any sense anyway? That's another matter....)

Hmm, another work in progress and I just can't find exactly what I want. I'm thinking generic because there are multiple shows.

Basics- Moon, Kanji, Screenname,,,, Sakura (CherryBlossoms)would be cool in letters, background or added as a side image if I can find the right image to cut.

Variable- bright or dark,Background colour/tint/texture/fade, letter interior, Moon shading/tint

What I'm stuck at

Sortof what I want

Ideas?

That's cool! I really like it. If it were mine I'd probably make the lettering in a lighter color than black.
You could also make it in hiragana or katakana.
But it looks great, kagetsu!

One my favorite things added for season2 was Yumi second fan and all the acrobatics she can do now, she does look cute

Finished, some colour added to match the Tv,com borders and found a nice place for a cherryblossom. Also has some room for badges and things and moved everything up to miss the buttons that were in the way. :roll:

And had to sneak in "Im", since my SN was taken and had to use my alternate.

Since the moon I'm keeping natural, colour in the letter just didn't look right though it still could change.

I had a rough time finding Kanji because it has to be an image that I can cut. Can't use text. Never tried French, but i/m guessing that I can because I can switch the keyboard program and it should just work with the editors font,,, not sure though. Wouldn't know where to begin find Japanese letters on a switched keyboard

It says it means bright, and the second symbol means month/moon, and Kagetsu is supposed to mean "bright moon" so everything points to being right.

the kanjis means sun and moon, and together they means light, i don't know how this one is pronounces, but it's like Hikari

Yes, I'd forgotten who it was here that knew kanji, so I'm glad she reminded me.

I kept thinking I'd heard Hikari somewhere,,, it's the name of the class rep girl from Neon Genisis

Nah, before I read this subject I had already spent some time admiring the color of the lettering and the way it compliments Ael's tresses. True, the "elit" part is a little hard to read, but that just makes people spend more time looking at it.
